The Director of Operations is responsible for organizing and overseeing the daily operations of FLIPA. This position must ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people. The Director of Operations must be competent and able to plan many kinds of operational activities, and must be an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to run the business

This new position is responsible for supporting FLIPA in the successful development, implementation, validation, and maintenance of a multi-input data warehouse leveraged to create dynamic visualizations and actionable analytics.
