FLIPA is applying to be a SCN in Central New York (CNY) and the Finger Lakes. Our SCN will leverage the strength and expertise of stakeholders from multiple sectors that serve the Medicaid population. Experience has taught us that real relationships are necessary to drive coordinated, integrated care. In CNY, we are partnering with Inclusive Alliance to best serve the region.
